As a VICIS Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process of any inbound or outbound leads. The Account Manager will be the front line in qualifying inbound prospects, working with Sales Teams to create sales funnel opportunities and answering questions regarding VICIS products.  This person will also be required to work closely with assigned Key Account Managers and Elite Sales teams in the development of leads during the sales process, scheduling in-person meetings, producing sales quotes, provide support services, and creating final sales orders.  Additional responsibilities will include the management of the fulfillment life cycle and timely product delivery for customers.  As a member of the VICIS team, we are looking for an outgoing, customer centric person who is passionate about the product and opportunity with an emerging leader in sport technologies.


    • Support and own end-to-end sales process along with any customer support needs working closely with the assigned field team
    • Manage inbound calls from current and potential customers
    • Make outbound calls and e-mails to target accounts and schedule appointments for field team to educate customers on VICIS products
    • Respond to customer inquiries on the product and purchasing process
    • Educate the customer on the use of the product, including proper use and sizing
    • Research accounts, identify prospects and perform outreach to generate potential interest
    • Effectively transition qualified opportunities to outside sales team for further development and closure
    • Aid outside sales team in Salesforce funnel maintenance and forecasting


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of account management or sales operations experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; must be able convey complex information simply and clearly
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot. Mitigate, and advise the customer in the event of an escalation
    • Experience with CRM required; Salesforce preferred
    • Passion for sports and/or experience playing sports preferred
