The Director of Football Marketing is a dream job at the intersection of marketing, innovation and sport. VICIS has reinvented head protection at every level of football with the ZERO1 and ZERO1 YOUTH helmets as well as the ULTIM cap for 7v7 and flag. The Director of Football Marketing will lead the charge to drive growth in the elite/varsity and youth football market and expand into all aspects of the game of football globally. This is a high responsibility, high growth and high tempo leadership position in a company striving for greatness.
Lead all marketing for the VICIS football business and map go-to-market activities to the rhythms of product launches, sport moments, seasonal buying periods and overall business goals. This role sets strategic priorities, campaign + channel objectives and drives execution across the marketing mix. Football marketing at VICIS requires a diverse command of marketing disciplines: digital platforms, content strategy, brand creative, PR, event, sponsorships and influencer activations as well as inventive sales support and promotional programs. The company needs brilliant individual contributions, a strong commitment to collaboration with cross-functional partners and a belief in coaching and mentorship of emerging talent.
