National Retail Sales Manager at Owlet Baby Care
Lehi, UT, US

Owlet is searching for a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Full-Time National Retail Sales Manager to oversee accounts in big box and e-commerce retail. The ideal candidate has a track record of exceeding sales quotas and experience developing relationships.

The National Retail Sales Manager will work directly with Amazon, Walmart, buybuyBABY, other premium partners in a fast-paced, growing company. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales


  • Develop and build rapport with top Owlet accounts
  • Find new retailers to sell the Owlet branded products
  • Introduce new lines of product to retail partners
  • Review sell-through data and look for opportunities to improve
  • Oversee on-boarding process to ensure exceptional customer in-store experience  
  • Provide trade show support
  • Work cross-functionally with other organizations including marketing, finance and product development


  • 3+ years of experience in a Retail Sales and/or Account Management role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in growing brands
  • Strong background in e-commerce sales preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment
  • Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
  • Strong presence with decision-makers at large retailers
  • Mission-oriented and results-driven personality
  • Independent and quick self-learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge
