You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Research and assure Showdigs complies with state and local licensing rules and regulations.
* Connect with local real estate brokerages, in order to develop long term relationships through which you create a supply of agents to the Showdigs network.
* Drive demand and connect with property management companies.
* Drive brand awareness through networking events, marketing campaigns and various in-person outreach activities.
* Onboard and train new agents on a weekly basis to grow Showdigs network in your city, in line with demand
* Establish and define the procedures and mechanisms by which Showdigs operates in San Diego, CA to achieve company goals.
