This position earns a competitive base salary of $45,000/yr plus a 10%-15% variable in commission. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) / SALES DEVELOPMENT REP (SDR) / MARKET (MDR) / LEAD GENERATION (LDR)
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Rep (SDR) / Market (MDR) / Lead Generation (LDR), you lead outbound campaigns, qualify leads, nurture the top of the funnel, and drive growth. You start each day excited to fill our sales funnel with more qualified leads. You love interacting with people and establish a rapport easily. Your excellent communication skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend much of your time calling and emailing prospects.
You are relentless about following up with interested prospects. As you listen to the needs of companies, you effectively explain how our services can satisfy those needs, effectively overcoming objections. Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage your relationships with leads. You are organized and manage your time effectively in order to regularly achieve goals.
With attention to detail, you research prospective clients carefully. Our sales team could not have such high trial conversion rates, short deal cycles, and strong NPS scores without the qualified leads you generate for them. Seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment. And, you also feel good about playing an important role in the success of a growing tech company with a solid reputation for helping other good companies succeed.

- At least 3 months of SaaS sales experience
- Sales and marketing skills
