MANAGER: Digital Marketing Director
SUMMARY: Owlet Baby Care is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Producer to manage the production workflows including: creating and tracking projects, creating workback schedules, overseeing project management across our marketing departments including brand, retail, product marketing, and growth. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and the marketing team.
We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience on the agency side or within an in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will also have experience with e-commerce management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across various communication channels and will thrive when faced with new challenges.
Manage the production of marketing campaigns end-to-end including
Manage Go-to-Market production schedules and processes: managing projects in our project management platform Asana, creating workback schedules, and overseeing project management and production across all marketing departments including brand, retail, growth, and product marketing.
Create the product marketing ecosystem: identify all product assets and copy across all channels and platforms and create consistency
Own the content calendar that the brand team builds and be responsible for holding people to it. Project Manage the content that needs to be created
Provide direction to outside media agencies and partners
Manage content and website updates on Shopify and WordPress CMS
Manage an outside development team on new website development requests and features
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years in marketing or e-commerce role
3 or more years in a role using digital media to drive both growth and efficiency
Experience in managing assets and production schedules for marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Search & Shopping
Deep experience managing website content in Content Management Systems including Shopify and WordPress.
Experience and technical ability with website platforms, email marketing platforms, automation platforms. Familiarity with HTML / CSS is a bonus.
Analytical capabilities with ability to pull key strategic insights from dashboards and analytic platforms including Tableau and Google Analytics
Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions that are informed by data and aligned with an overarching brand strategy
Works well in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with a direct to consumer e-commerce brand is strongly preferred
International marketing experience is a plus
Understanding of the digital landscape, including current and emerging trends and channels
Portfolio of successful digital project launches involving multi-disciplinary teams
Working knowledge of Asana is a bonus
