About the Role:

As a Product Manager at Remitly, you’re responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of game changing products that delight our customers worldwide. You’re a collaborator with a broad range of skills; you can talk technology with developers, numbers with finance and analytics, execution with operations, and strategy with leadership. You’re a fierce customer advocate with keen market insight and an ability to solve customer pain points.

The Destination Experience (DEX) Team is looking for a Product Manager specifically focused on the disbursement network responsible for sending billions globally. The mission of this team is to create reliable, defensible, global disbursement networks and delight our customers with personal destination experiences.

As a disbursement network Product Manager you will report directly to the VP of Product and and manage disbursement network product market fit. You will partner with regional marketing management to acquire new and retain existing customers. You will partner with the business development team to identify potential disbursement partners and onboard them to expand our disbursement network.

You Will:

    Understand disbursement partner API documentation to write detailed product specifications and stories for engineering execution
    Be a customer advocate; use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to deliver revolutionary, region specific product features
    Work with design, growth, marketing and engineering teams to create successful product and feature launches all while maintaining customer focus
    Work with designers to establish interaction, design and UI requirements and priorities
    Develop product experiences throughout the entire product lifecycle
    Implement product strategy, road-mapping and prioritization
    Set up and analyze A/B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts with well thought through recommendations

You Have:

    4+ years experience as a product manager
    Global payments experience
    Experience motivating teams; across software engineering, UX design, UI and growth, with an understanding of how things work within those domains
    Experience with large-scale web, e-commerce applications/mobile applications
    Both quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to use both in decision-making
    Experience setting and accomplishing product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization
    Experience leading teams using the agile, lean, and kanban methodologies
