About the Role:

The Customer Success Technology (CST) team oversees the customer support experience. We allow our global operations to support our customers' experience to get the help they need, when they need it. As the leader of the new risk operations team, you would oversee the customer and agent experience as related to risk, fraud, and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the engineering manager of CST. As an engineering leader at Remitly you will build and manage a team creating solutions to complex technical and customer problems. You will also work with integrations with vendors, such as chat bots, self help providers, and service cloud providers like Salesforce.

You Will:

  • You will hire and mentor engineers on your team
  • You will help create software development processes and working culture for your team
  • Your team will develop tooling and frameworks in a scalable cloud-based architecture

You Have:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience
  • 2+ years working with scalable cloud-based architecture
  • 1+ years of experience leading technical teams; people management experience not required
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with building integrations
