POSITION TITLE: Visual Merchandising Manager

BUSINESS UNIT: Growth Marketing 

SUMMARY: Owlet is seeking a proactive and driven Visual Merchandising Manager based in Lehi, Utah. The role of the Visual Merchandising Manager is to own how the Owlet brand and products live in the retail space, both in brick and mortar and across ecommerce channels. The role of the Visual Merchandising Manager requires them to partner closely with marketing, sales, design, and external vendors to ensure world class execution at all retail touchpoints. The right candidate will have strong project management skills, excel at cross functional communication, and experience working with retail executions. An ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines is a must.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the execution of the Owlet brand at all retail touchpoints to deliver on company sales goals
  • Work cross-functionally with design and sales to develop best in class executions across all of our retail partners globally
  • Project manage on time execution of world class POP and displays for our global retailers
  • Optimize our retail ecommerce pages to improve conversion by applying best practices learned from our owned channels
  • SEO optimization of retailer ecommerce copy
  • Maintain database of images and copy to be applied across retailer ecommerce sites
  • Develop and implement enhanced content to explain the unique value proposition of each product and drive conversion

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Project Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines 
  • Proven track record of developing, executing best in class branding across retail touchpoints
  • Experience working across both brick and mortar and ecommerce
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with multiple groups both internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
