Closing Coordinator Manager at JetClosing

We invented sophisticated back-office technology to streamline our closing process, and ensure every customer receives the same high level of service, every time. Then we created real-time views into that system with our mobile apps and desktop portal, so there’s no guesswork or uncertainty.

Our approach is simple. Title and escrow has transaction data, documents, and contacts. We know the transaction status. Why not share them, in real time, so we’re all on the same page? The results speak for themselves – our customers are our biggest fans.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day closing of resale Escrow transactions
  • Utilize industry knowledge to anticipate processing issues and proactively fix them
  • Provide stellar service to real estate and lending partners as well as end consumers
  • Review, update, and process transactions to ensure best in class, quality, and performance - ensure productivity metrics and established internal/external SLAs are met consistently
  • Build, manage, and grow industry finest closing teams to execute all aspects of the closing process

Work with Closing Production Management to:

  • Manage and process closings in a multi-state closing environment
  • Communicate areas and items of improvement/refinement

In partnership with Ops Management team:

  • Support recruiting and hiring of new Closing Coordinators and partner with JetClosing training team to onboard new employees
  • Motivate and coach Closing Team: conduct check-ins and coaching sessions at team and individual levels
  • Analyze and refine established workflows, processes and transactional software configuration in pursuit of operational excellence
  • Participate in the creation of new workflows with an objective to further define and evolve the closing process
  • Communicate areas and items of improvement/refinement with regards to current operational technologies
  • Document and update all standard operating procedures in closing department
  • Implement ALTA Best Practices within closing department

  • Some travel required
  • Ability to meet deadlines, organize workload, and maintain accurate files
  • High level of proficiency with general office applications (ie. MS Word, Excel, etc.) and comfort with learning new applications as required
  • Inherent comfort level working in a less traditional environment, where refinements, re-dos, level headedness, optimization, and future-focused perspective are always needed/required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Several years of direct closing experience in one or more states
  • Some experience with ResWare would be helpful
