It provides companies with a scalable solution that shows the true north of what customers want boosting the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction. Motivation

We are entering our growth mode and are looking for someone to help us develop and execute our sales funnel, go-to-market strategy, pilot management, and deal closing. We’d like to bring on a person who is comfortable at selling SaaS to medium-to-large companies, has assisted with GTM development in the past, and will help us to improve our existing sales processes. In a sense, this is a creative position – you’ll be part of a startup and you’ll be able to experiment with the direction in the sales process.

Your day-to-day:

  • Help build a scalable go-to-market strategy at our fast-paced SaaS startup
  • Help build Spiral sales funnel mostly consisting of medium to large B2C companies
  • Own an end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, agreements, pilots, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Help the team with sales demos and walk customers through pilots
  • Fully own lead gen, and help build the foundation for sales in several verticals
  • Lead and contribute to our sales vehicle while making it more scalable over time
  • Close strategic partnerships with Directors and Vice Presidents from Fortune 1000 companies; and remain engaged with partners to drive growth
  • Sell our customer obsession to our customers while being customer-obsessed about them

You have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup with a lot of simultaneous deal flows
  • 2+ years of experience in sales at a startup or a fast-paced modern company
  • Experience in selling into customer service, strategy, operations, or product management organizations is preferred
  • Experience closing annual contracts of $50k+ in ARR
  • Customer service, product management, or technical background is always a plus
  • Experience in selling SaaS to large B2C companies and brands
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and resolve new sales challenges with customers
  • Sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability and enthusiasm to coach and mentor others!
