SUMMARY: Owlet’s Human Resources Department is searching for a process-driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Administrator providing day to day support to the Human Resources and the recruiting team. The primary responsibility will be to oversee the scheduling of virtual interviews as well as well as assisting with human resource tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (e.g. phone screens, video onsite interviews)
• Work with recruiters, recruiting management, and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for candidates
• Balancing multiple calendars and video conferencing across global time zones
• Handles all internal team scheduling needs as directed by recruiting manager
• Post jobs to external job sites keeping budget and effectiveness at top of mind
• Providing regular updates and maintain the feedback loop between all parties
• Help coordinate and provide support for recruiting events (e.g. career fairs)
• Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Complete human resource administrative tasks, special projects and assignments
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple ongoing projects
• Handle confidential matters with a high degree of discretion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Greenhouse
• Experience in high growth technology company a plus
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Owlet employees participate in quarterly evaluations that include;
