Role & Responsibilities:

• Review disbursement preparation, confirm all details are accurate
• Initiate wire disbursements and prepare checks
• Reconcile file details to ensure adequate funds have been collected and distributed
• Assist in entering vendor invoices
• Label and bundle required document for Partner business

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous accounting/disbursement experience a plus
• Advanced excel skills
• Positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
• Passion for innovation and disposed to continually seek process improvement
• Meet deadlines and organize workload to maintain accurate records
