Comet has an opening for a motivated self-directed GTM Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Operations team and to own the strategy around Talent acquisition and people growth of the company. 

This includes expanding Comet’s team across the US and Globally and working closely with Comet’s leadership and Hiring managers. We’re looking for someone creative, that is not afraid to test new innovative approaches to get results and someone who is comfortable talking about tech with engineers and scientists (without necessarily having a tech background). We’re looking for someone who is process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent.

This role is remote and is ideal for someone that can execute while driving strategy, and has experience with fast-growing start ups.


  • Manage an end to end recruitment pipeline across all functions: Engineering, Sales, Marketing and more
  • Proactively source talent and actively headhunting, networking, and leveraging referrals.
  • Build and execute strategies to identify and develop diverse pipelines of candidates by collaborating with hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand individual roles and their teams as a whole
  • Manage job postings across online platforms
  • Track recruitment progress towards company objectives and support the general recruitment strategy with the leadership team
  • Onboard & outboard all employees including payroll, benefits, and general HR matters


  • 3+ years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Experienced in managing the full life cycle of employee tenure, from onboarding to outboarding (payroll, benefits, etc)
  • Full cycle experience from phone screens to closing candidates
  • Experience working with a high volume of open requisitions and applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in a target-driven environment
  • Experience with sourcing, using a variety of tools and methods, experience with working with GreenHouse is a plus
