About the Role:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll report to a Director and manage a team of engineers with a focus on their development and on producing high quality deliverables. You'll set the long term technical vision and help outline the path towards those goals. As a senior member of our engineering staff, you reflect a growth and continuous improvement mindset. Most of all, you care about our customers and view great engineering as an avenue to bringing great customer value.
The Pricing team builds systems which ensure that Remitly’s customers get consistent and competitive exchange rates and fees for their transactions. Our engineers support a team of decision scientists by providing tooling which allows them to set prices for our ever growing catalog of remittance products. These tools and systems need to be built and maintained with an eye towards flexibility and scalability.
