Head of Talent Acquisition - Pakistan at Educative

In this role

Strategy:

  • Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies
  • Provide training and education to hiring managers and partner on the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, effective networking strategies, etc. inspiring a strong partnership between hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Influence hiring managers for a shared understanding of what great looks like in hiring at Educative

People Management:

  • Engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
  • Collaborate across the recruiting team to develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans and drive best practices throughout the hiring process for campus and experienced candidates

Talent acquisition:

  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process and closing for experienced candidates
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  • Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition with increasing responsibility
  • Accountable and willing to be hands on with all levels of the organization, as well as serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders
  • Ability to focus on what matters and translate business strategy and goals into talent acquisition processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs
  • Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
