Manager, Sales Operations at Lookout

We’re seeking someone to help support the local Sales organization by optimizing critical business processes, productivity tools, and ensuring consistently as we scale our team. This requires collaboration with cross-functional departments and leveraging systems for all related business processes. This role will also provide Finance support as it relates to emerging sales markets and liaison to Corporate Finance. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, analytical and quality minded. The role will support the vision of Lookout’s sales leadership team and will report to our Vice President, GTM Operations.


  • Support sales processes, cadence and programs as it relates to Quote-to-Cash, Deal Desk, Forecasting, Channel Support
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business or tool improvements, gather requirements, implement and measure success of initiatives
  • Manage SFDC and other SaaS tools to ensure adherence to process and correctness of data
  • Develop key performance metrics, dashboards and reports that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Provide support for ad hoc analysis/presentations and reporting on performance
  • Implement knowledge management strategies to continuously increase product knowledge across all GTM teams
  • Work closely with Corporate FP&A to drive and consolidate the global budgeting, financial tracking, executive reporting, and expense approvals processes for the local Sales organization
  • Help drive the annual and semi-annual planning and budgeting process for the international Sales organization
  • Analyze Budget/Forecast variances to Actual and review with the Sales and Finance teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience and solid understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to work creatively and leverage superior analytical skills in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with cross functional departments
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High degree of proficiency with productivity tools (especially MS Excel)
  • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
