Lookout is looking for a proven and seasoned Head of Global Carrier Sales & Partnerships to help scale our Consumer business globally. This person will lead an experienced sales team to expand Lookout’s network of Tier 1 Carrier partners throughout the US, EMEA and APAC. With their deep insight and support from Lookout’s regional sales and account management teams, the Head of Global Carrier Sales & Partnerships will be responsible for developing a winning sales strategy and taking a hands-on approach to execution. 

This is a critical member of Lookout’s Consumer team. To succeed, this leader will leverage their wide network of industry contacts to build a pipeline of partner opportunities, and will actively lead their team to develop and close these partnerships. In doing so, this person will also leverage the full resources of the broader Lookout organization, closely coordinating with Product Management, Strategy and Marketing, as well as our network of ecosystem partners.

This role reports to the General Manager of Consumer & Carrier Business. 


  • Develop a winning carrier sales strategy that meets - and exceeds - Lookout’s goals with specific targets in each of our key markets
  • Ensure Lookout inclusion and participation in RFIs & RFPs for consumer cybersecurity, and lead Lookout’s responses and partnership proposals to win 
  • Establish and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders within target partner organizations
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of carrier partner opportunities, lead financial modeling and forecasting, and provide reports and updates on progress 
  • Hire and lead a team of highly effective carrier sales professionals in target regions 
  • Provide regional insights and partner requirements back to Lookout HQ
  • Lead a “virtual” team across Lookout’s Product Management, Engineering and executive teams to drive overall success of our partner business


  • Minimum of 15 years experience selling Consumer solutions to Tier 1 carriers, globally. Mobile software or security sales is a major plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully pursuing and delivering complex partnership deals with significant revenue contribution - ideally in Consumer software. 
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications & wireless industry including key technologies and emerging business models 
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills that translate into identifying & influencing key decision makers, and negotiating complex issues across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, and an ability to succinctly articulate value propositions
  • Experience leading and developing a dynamic teams of sales professionals, globally
  • Rolodex of relevant contacts in the broader telecom and wireless industry
