Customer Service Representative at Boundless
Cebu, PH

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will give our customers a great experience by focusing on application reviews, quality assurance, and document assembly before they are shipped to the USCIS. The operations team works across our two brands Boundless and Rapid Visa, ensuring best-in-class customer service on tight deadlines.

Your Mission

Build delightful, informative customer experiences to drive our brand of providing extensive support in every family's life-changing immigration journey

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a brand ambassador for RapidVisa and Boundless and provide a high level of customer service in resolving issues proactively, quickly, and effectively. To further build more authentic customer relationships and increase customer loyalty, the ideal teammate would enjoy talking to people through answering incoming calls, emails, and chat.

In this role, you will be working closely with our Team Leaders, Trainers, and QA Specialists.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Update customer information in the company's database as part of key result areas in every transaction
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and provide best product recommendations to new and existing customers

About You

  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a call center setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Open to learning and able to apply acquired skills efficiently
