Sales Engineer - Italy at Lookout

About the team
What Will You Do?
- You will develop a full understanding of the Endpoint and Cloud Security landscape, key technologies and the associated Lookout solution offerings.
- You will assist with positioning the capabilities of Lookout Endpoint to Cloud security solution to customers and partners.
- You will support Lookout customers and partners in specific pre-sales activities - solution overviews, demos, RFP responses, proof of value sessions, training and new product introductions.
- As part of the Southern European team, you will help to plan and deliver go to market activities - webinars, training sessions and assisting at industry events.
- You will work collaboratively with Lookout’s Support and Customer Success teams to drive successful customer deployments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You will help respond to customer requests for information and tender proposals in a timely and professional manner.
- You will communicate customer requirements and competitive data, including feature needs, and value proposition to the product and marketing teams and senior management.
- You will provide input to Technical Sales management on ideas to improve Lookout’s chances of success in the market.
- You will build the Lookout Security brand by representing externally at seminars and conferences.
What’s Needed?
- You recently graduated in a relevant subject area: Electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering; Computer Programming; Information Technology; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; Mathematics
- Familiarity with mobile operating systems - iOS / Android
- Familiarity with endpoint management - MDM / EMM / UEM
- Familiarity with web proxy, IAM, DLP, firewall / network gateway.
- Business fluency (written and spoken) in English and Italian mandatory
- Business fluency (written and spoken) in French or Spanish preferred.
- A passion to learn, develop and build towards a career in Cybersecurity.
- Results-oriented, self-directed and with a strategic approach
- 1-3 years experience in a technical role, preferably coming in a SaaS or High Tech environment. This might be your first or second role, or you may be considering a change in career path.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to boil down complex topics into clear and easily understandable messages.
- You are a proven problem solver with the ability to come with innovative solutions and communicate them clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize time and tasks.
- Valid Driver's License required
