The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for Comet’s Tel Aviv Israel site, and support technical searches as needed globally. 

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to continually review, update and improve Comet’s recruiting process in Israel, while managing end to end recruiting operations, JD, ATS, Career Page, LinkedIn Recruiter, reference checks, reports, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates utilizing diverse sourcing methods 
  • Create and work on a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates 
  • Conduct initial technical screening and culture fit while communicating to the candidates the value proposition of each position
  • Monitor and assist candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from phase to phase and excellent candidates’ experience
  • Professionally close the deal with highly sought after candidates and maintain a high acceptance rate in a very competitive and aggressive ecosystem competing for talent
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • Manage and update profiles on Comet’s ATS
  • Manage ongoing working relationships with placement agencies
  • Promote Comet’s internal referral initiatives
  • Coordinate and liaise with leadership regarding short/mid/long term hiring needs 
  • Support employer branding initiatives locally and globally as needed
  • Organize and attend local job fairs and recruitment events as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven Technical recruiting experience, managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships in a hyper growth environment
  • Experience sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates utilizing diverse sourcing methods 
  • Experience using recruiting tools, ATS and software collaboration tools is a PLUS
  • Experience creating and fostering long term partnerships with internal leadership and external placement agencies is a PLUS
  • Influencer, results driven team player 
  • Strong client facing focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Strong Hebrew and English communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
