Job Description:

JetClosing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant.  We are looking for a high-energy, proven, self-motivated, and goal orientated individual with extensive Accounting and Excel knowledge. The successful candidate for this role will be able to meet deadlines, collaborate across all levels of the organization, work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with large data sets, and never stop optimizing and looking for ways to improve business performance through analytics. Additionally, this role will also support the VP of Finance with financial analysis and planning.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support Controller with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, account reconciliations
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Support the VP of Finance with budgeting and forecasting
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new data visualization and reporting solutions
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales leadership to manage and optimize existing reports and data analytics

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, sales & operations reporting and analytics
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Experience with Sigma, Sugar CRM, PowerBI a plus
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
