About the Role:
Lookout seeks an exceptional, highly motivated technical writer to join our growing Technical Publications team and help us produce quality customer-facing content. Your deliverables will include administrator guides, user interface text, release notes, patch notes, and various additional projects such as APIs, SDKs, and documentation for third-party integrations.
Our team has just begun to sync documentation coverage for both the mobile endpoint security (MES) and the secure access service edge (SASE) portions of Lookout’s business. In addition to writing technical documentation, you’ll participate in team meetings and contribute to decisions as we choose the right tools, update existing processes, and create new internal workflows to improve the customer experience.
