What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive highly visible business development and corporate development projects for Lookout.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze alliance opportunities, track
    negotiations, develop and drive execution plans, and communicate objectives, progress,
    dependencies and success metrics to senior leadership.
  • Support the cross-functional creation of business cases for potential acquisitions, partnerships,
    and investments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business
    models, market sizing, and industry trends in the area of cyber security.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lookout’s product portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive
    position, GTM strategy, gaps, and potential opportunities.
  • Drive evaluation of Lookout’s strategic alternatives (e.g., buy, build, partner) and acquisition
    alternatives working closely with a cross functional team of Product, Engineering, Sales,
    Marketing, Legal and Finance teams.
  • Lead/manage the post deal execution process including planning, integration and launch for
    strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Support communications and presentations with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a critical right-hand partner to the business/corporate development team.

What You’ll Add:

  • Proven track-record in prior program management roles at high-growth technology companies.
  • Understanding of cyber security space and products.
  • Ability to partner closely with product & engineering teams to discuss product requirements,
    roadmaps, and integration requirements.
  • Broad understanding of channel and alliances GTM motions.
  • Experience targeting, identifying and assessing potential technology/GTM partnerships and
    M&A targets.
  • Practical knowledge of finance, business case modeling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels across the company.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to company leadership partner
    stakeholders.
