Senior Manager - Demand Generation at Falkon AI

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive growth for Falkon’s PLG platform through multi-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for leading Falkon’s paid marketing strategies and programs, and be a company builder, just like the rest of us.

You are a highly motivated team player who is extremely organized, eager to learn and progress. You are able to handle and adapt in a fast-paced environment that is frequently changing. You are confident at managing numerous projects simultaneously and have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency in everything you do.

What will you do?

  • Work with sales to identify target accounts and personas
  • Drive lead generation within target accounts through paid marketing channels like LinkedIn
  • Build end to end programs that take prospects from awareness to consideration to purchase
  • Test and learn to improve campaign performance
  • Report on key campaign performance metrics
  • Use your experience to inform our overall marketing strategy and roadmap
  • Represent Falkon and yourself in communities and lead the development of our own community. Prioritize key communities to participate in and identify opportunities to authentically tell our stories within them.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Influence the Falkon product roadmap as the internal voice of B2B demand generation marketers.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B marketing campaign experience including paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly
  • Experience with marketing tools and systems, such as Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Prior experience at an early stage startup
