Head of Sales at Watchful

About The Position:

We’re looking for seasoned hands-on and results-oriented VP sales. The responsibilities of this role include achieving the company’s revenue targets as well as overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services. In this role, you will provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the company’s objectives. You have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring there is a deep customer pipeline
  • Achieve company’s revenue targets
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs
  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5+ years in a sales leadership role of Saas B2B products.
  • Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • English at mother level tongue level
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Startup experience - Big plus
