Educative Enterprise is seeking a marketing operations and automation genius to help design and implement Hubspot, Gong, and other marketing and sales tech into our new enterprise business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the design of automated processes and establishing the objective criteria to help us convert B2B prospects into opportunities. We are looking for someone who loves to geek out on data, process and automation. Big bonus points for having a creative side that drives you to connect with target personas in innovative ways throughout the customer lifecycle. Define KPI’s across the business funnel so that we can continuously measure, assess, and improve marketing campaigns. You will work closely with all related functions (e.g. Consumer marketing team, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations) while also having the autonomy to make a personal impact on the business. What you'll do:
- Working closely with product marketing and sales devise, implement, test and optimize all marketing and sales automation such that the right marketing or sales message is delivered to the right person at the right time on the right platform
- Manage global instance of HubSpot at the admin level
- Author and contribute marketing operations documentation and processes
- Play an integral part in evaluating & implementing marketing tech, including social listening, sales enablement tools, ad tools, and new marketing technologies
- Own the marketing/sales data and reporting function
- Develop, implement and maintain lead scoring systems
- Daily management and upkeep of Hubspot operations, including list process, workflow development & management, and platform integrations
- Project manage marketing automation initiatives, including identifying business requirements and needs with stakeholders
- Partner with marketing and product management stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that leverage internal and external technologies.  (A deep foundation in web marketing is useful)
- Passion for conversion optimization, results and metrics 
 
About You:
- HubSpot Inbound and Partner Certifications strongly preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role at an Enterprise or B2B focused company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to prioritize, manage, execute multiple projects cross-functionally and react effectively when priorities change
- Experience managing and accomplishing projects with a hands-on approach
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
