Hands-on marketing professional with strong business orientation who can take full ownership and drive decisions, Initiate, execute and measure marketing activities to reach business goals from both brand exposure and business performance

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and measure a comprehensive marketing strategy, market communication, new media, client acquisition, and publications
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy and run data-driven experiments to optimize our activity
  • Owning and maintaining the positioning, messaging, and branding of Watchful products and offers
  • Own and manage all digital marketing activities (campaigns, social, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.)
  • Develop new marketing tactics, including testing new channels and opportunities for growth to generate marketing qualified leads in a predictable way
  • Get to know the market, competitors, and trends

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles (director level) within a successful global B2B SaaS company
  • University graduate in business, marketing, communications, or an equivalent combination of education
  • Proven experience in building and executing strategic marketing initiatives for B2B SaaS products, with a track record of scaling a company and building a brand
  • Proven experience in executing a go-to-market plan in an early-stage startup
  • Strong positioning, branding, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent judgment in an agile work environment
  • An independent, self-starter, a “can-do approach” with the ability to motivate and influence others
