Office Manager and PA to CEO at Watchful
Tel Aviv, IL

A start-up in the heart of Tel Aviv (HaArbaa st) is looking to hire a highly capable, self-motivated, and organized Office Manager & PA for a full-time position.

What will you do:

  • Manage CEO’s calendars/email, coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO
  • Follow up on CEO's action items and follow up with the different executives
  • Office administrative responsibilities include daily interaction with suppliers, abroad travel, food & beverages, cleaning services, car parks, Company guests and anything related to office infrastructure maintenance.
  • Responsible for coordinating meetings in executives calendars
  • Support CFO in various financial coordination tasks


  • At least 2 years of experience as Office Admin (Hi-tech/Start-up or similar -a big plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google tools, Mac. Ability to quickly learn new software tools (Notion/Monday, Slack, Comeet, HiBob etc)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work non-conventional hours from time to time
  • Availability to maintain high responsiveness
  • Experience as a PA - a big plus
