About You:

You are insatiably curious and a natural problem solver. You’re consistently a top performer and are the first to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 

You know that less is more — being a successful seller is about building trust, hunting for real problems that are worth solving, and educating buyers on the solutions in a highly collaborative way. 

You love building from the ground up and are excited about joining an early-stage company where you can wear many hats. 

 

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for F1000 companies – closing new logos, ensuring a healthy launch, and driving expansion revenue post-sale in partnership with our Customer Success team
  • Close complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-Level Executives) 
  • Educate modern operators of Ecommerce companies (e.g. COO, VP Supply Chain, VP Ecommerce) on the unique value proposition of Shipium
  • Innovate on GTM messaging to help customers understand the unique value of Shipium across messaging, collateral, proposals, and business reviews
  • Own and manage pipeline execution across all stages, from sourcing through launch

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience in a consultative/complex/solutions selling environment
  • Consistent achievement of exceeding quotas and proven top performer
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and operating model 
  • Startup experience is highly preferred — you’ve been an integral part of growth and know what it takes to win at all stages
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding new business targets through outbound sales methods (e.g. cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • High energy and strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude over the phone and in person.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen with the ability to simplify and distill complex business information in a consumable way
  • Passion for innovation, problem solving, and flexibility to drive business at scale.
  • Self­ motivated, coachable, driven, and resilient individual.
