About the Role:

Remitly for Developers is a new initiative, with a goal of amplifying Remitly's vision and influence through a brand new Enterprise offering. You'll join the ground-floor of a new business with a scope to grow quickly, while supported by the resources and reach of a healthy consumer business that continues to grow. You'll join a high performance team of creative builders and operators with years of experience creating customer value.

As an early member of the Marketing team, you'll not only lead our marketing strategy but also shape our go-to-market, sales and product strategy. You'll own foundational marketing capabilities such as our brand, value proposition and marketing / sales collateral. As the business matures, you'll have the option to expand your scope to include content marketing, event strategy and Account-based Marketing. Finally, you'll be the Voice of the Customer for the business and shape the product roadmap.

You'll report directly to the VP, Revenue for the business.

You Will:

  • Establish our brand promise and value proposition for the business and growth segments
  • Own the RFD website, sales and marketing collateral
  • Develop our Go-to-market strategy by creating priority segments and messaging for sales outreach
  • Become an expert in customer needs and create stories that'll resonate with customers and media
  • Represent RFD in industry events and build top-of-mind awareness with business customers

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on the Enterprise customers
  • Experience managing end-to-end launch of new enterprise products
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
