About the role:

An amazing opportunity has become available at Hola Cash: we are looking for a Director of Information Security to join our Product team.

The Director of Information Security is responsible for overseeing information security, CyberSecurity and IT risk management programs based on industry-accepted information security and risk management frameworks. This individual will be in charge of identifying vulnerabilities and working with our IT department to resolve them, ensuring that our Applications, System, Network and Data remain secure.

To be successful in this role, you should have expert analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of best practices to prevent a wide range of security threats. 

Joining the Product team at Hola Cash you’ll have the chance to design and enforce policies and procedures that protect our organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches.

• Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
• Professional application and information security certification.
• Experience in an information security role.
• Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Identifying vulnerabilities in our Application, System, Network and Development practices.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network.
• Monitoring network usage for threats to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Keeping up to date with developments in security standards and threats.
• Performing penetration tests to find any flaws.
• Collaborating cross functionally to improve security.
• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
• Educating the company about security software and best practices for information security.
