About the role

We are looking for a Tech Writer to join as we innovate the digital payments space, making the complex seem simple. You will be involved in all the different phases of product development from brainstorming to working closely with product management and engineering to deliver innovative solutions to our users. As a Tech Writer, you will own the Hola Cash products and help us create great customer experiences in a fast paced environment. We strongly believe in delivering fast, and iterating even faster.

What you’ll be doing

• Understand product specifications and user behavior.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
• Co-design with Designers to deeply understand user's pain points and feelings at every step of all our customer journeys.
• Work with Product Managers and Designers to help set the vision and storytelling for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
• Write clear, consistent, and concise user-interface content, emails, technical documentation and help us to define the Hola Cash Content Guidelines.
• Represent and advocate for Content Design across different teams.
• Propose research and A/B tests to deliver better content and guarantee a more inclusive work, as well as ensure people-centered decision making.
