Sales Ops Manager at Owlet Baby Care

SUMMARY: The Sales Ops Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations organization which includes collaborating with cross functional teams, driving serviceability, coordinating order shipments and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.  Additional responsibilities are as follows:  

  • Manage sales operations team to meet current sales objectives
  • Develop processes for operational efficiencies and to ensure clear communications between retailers, sales and operations
  • Provide specialized assistance to the sales team, channels and customers by taking an active role in administrative sales-related activities assisting sales to reach their targets
  • Be proficient in working in vender portals, SPS (EDI)
  • Ensure that our 3PL partner are following vendor routing and address charge backs when necessary 
  • Oversee onboarding process to ensure exceptional customer in store experience   
  • Ensure Return to Vendor requests are properly processed from retail partners stores
  • Responsible for collecting, processing, reviewing and ensuring that all order details include all relevant info and enforcing such relevant policies (Map agreement and Tax exemption forms)
  • Coordinate communication of all customer-related issues to the sales manager to ensure seamless flow of information
