About the role


The Accounting Coordinator will be Responsible for executing the company's accounting and tax strategy. And also will be in charge of Preparing Financial Statements, Cash Flow and Financial Projections. Prepare the work papers and presentation of Taxes for Legal Persons (Monthly and Annual). Prepare and control Perceptions, Deductions and Payroll. Social Charges


What you’ll be doing


1. Recording of company operations in accounting system.

2. Payroll Preparation

3. Determination of Corporate Taxes and Social Charges

4. Presentation of declarations in the different government portals

5. Bank reconciliations


Some things we consider critical for this role


Intermediate English (Financial technical english).

The candidate must be familiar with management under the home office modality.

The position will be evaluated by annual objectives, with quarterly advances and monthly check points.

Ideal but not exclusive that the candidate has experience in electronic invoicing (knowledge of a PAC).
