Inbound Sales Development Representative at Skilljar

Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to grow into other roles within the company, including Account Executive, Customer Success, Outbound Sales Development, and Account Management positions to jump-start a career in B2B SaaS sales. Would you like to be responsible for:
 
Creating a great first impression for customer prospects by providing them with a world-class experience.
Researching and identifying future customer companies and contacts to find great candidates to prospect into.
Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and chat to understand their business needs and identify the ways that Skilljar can help.
Maintaining high engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications crafted to increase customer curiosity about Skilljar.
Scheduling qualified meetings and develop pipeline to fuel Skilljar’s revenue.
Collaborating closely with marketing and Sales Development leadership to achieve mutually aligned pipeline quotas each month.
Helping the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business.
 
A bit more about you:

Be a grinder/go-getter: You’re not satisfied with average and seek to go above and beyond the expectation.
Startup experience is a major plus.
US work authorization and criminal background checks are required.
