Enterprise Product Marketing Manager at Educative
Bellevue, WA, US
Educative.io reaches over 1.4 million developers to enable them to learn new skills, and is seeking an enterprise product marketing leader to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Marketing and collaborating closely with the VP of Sales, this role will have a direct impact on growing enterprise revenue and leading the company’s next stage of growth through B2B SaaS sales.
 
This is a career-accelerating role for candidates that have over 5 years of experience and proven track record of executing high-performing sales and marketing campaigns for SaaS products, reaching engineering leaders and developers within startups and enterprises.  Knowledge of software development, programming languages, platforms, and software trends is a must to be credible with these audiences. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and iteratively improving on demand generation campaigns to create new sales leads, win customers, and expand business opportunities.  Other responsibilities include messaging and positioning of Educative’s enterprise offerings, creation of sales enablement materials and presentations, and sales training.
 
Core Responsibilities
 
*Own B2B/Enterprise product messaging and positioning, collaborating with
*Product and Sales to articulate the value of enterprise features to customers
*Create convincing, compelling sales enablement materials including: sales presentations, ebooks, data-sheets, video, and webinars for use by Sales and in demand generation and nurture campaigns
*Orchestrate lead generation campaigns with the Marketing team spanning advertising, social media, video and web content  
*Report and analyze key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline duration
*Perform structured A/B tests and iterative experiments to continually optimize for highest results and explore new digital opportunitiesPerform competitive and industry analysis to inform enterprise marketing strategy and execution
 
Desired Skills and Background
 
*At least 5 years of enterprise product marketing experience with SaaS or developer-focused tools and platforms. 
*Experience at early-mid stage startups is desired.
*Track record of high-performing digital and demand generation campaigns spanning ads, email, social media, and web content
*Expert level Web Analytics, data analysis, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
*Outstanding written and presentation skills to convince internal stakeholders and public audiences
*Maniacal level of detail
*Extreme ownership and accountability in owning results and perseverance
*Collaborative and team-oriented
 
Pay range in Bellevue, WA Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Base salary $120,000/yr - $170,000/yr
