About the Role:
In this role, you'll own our fraud responses to emerging fraud attacks and oversee daily decisions of balancing losses and customer experience in the fraud system. You'll directly manage Operational Program Managers and Fraud Investigators associated with monitoring and addressing emergent payments fraud attacks. You'll also work closely with our Product and Analytics and Program teams to develop and deliver on process & product improvements that improve outcomes for the business; simultaneously reducing fraud losses and friction for good customers.

Compensation Details: The starting base pay for this position is typically $120,000-$150,000. In the U.S., Remitly Employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
