We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic minded Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A. You will drive full corporate P&L visibility, assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, preparing projections, and performing analysis as may be required by leadership.
This is a hybrid position (3 days a week in our Bellevue office).
Responsibilities:
*Own the corporate financial model by improving the three statement model modeling balance sheet and cashflow model
*Collaborate with Accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial results
*Work with recruiting for monthly headcount reconciliations from the Financial model to the HRIS and ATS
*Assist with inputs and preparation of the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
*Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual executive packages which includes budget vs. actual analysis, key business metrics for leadership, and a summary of financial results
*Review month-end results with G&A cost centers. Understand the numbers and performance of the function.
*Identify trends, variances, and key issues and provide recommendations to leadership
*Identify opportunities to streamline processes and propose improvements
*Ad-hoc reporting and analysis with special projects to support key initiatives
Qualifications:
*4-6 years of relevant experience with prior experience in financial analysis
*BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)
*Strong understanding of accounting principles
*Advanced Microsoft Office Excel / PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.
*Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
*Strong understanding of financial concepts such as MRR, ARR, and LTV:CAC
*Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with business partners at various levels in a clear, concise and respectful manner
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines
*SaaS industry experience (Preferred)Tableau and ERP knowledge, specifically NetSuite and Oracle, (Plus)
Pay range in Bellevue, WA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Base salary budget is approximately $110,000/yr.
