Are you an experienced Growth Marketing leader with deep experience in mobile, ready to step into a unique role helping both Ripl AND our customers improve their marketing efforts? Ripl’s growth marketing leader (we’re flexible on title) will have a wide gamut of activity - from driving Ripl’s growth marketing strategy and managing Ripl’s own Social, CRM, and Content Marketing and User Acquisition efforts, to providing thought leadership in social media marketing for small businesses and developing in-app experiences to help our customers be successful in marketing. Strategizing, executing and gathering feedback at every step of the customer journey, you’ll work closely with our Product, Creative and Engineering teams to drive requirements to expand our reach and compel customer conversions, engagement and success. This role reports to the CEO and will be a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

● You find purpose as a thought leader for small business owners/ entrepreneurs -finding creative solutions to help them effectively and efficiently maximize impact and reach
● You’re as comfortable reporting on Marketing performance to other marketers as you are to engineering and executives
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Ripl’s marketing strategy and execution across brand, performance, ASO/SEO, CRM, social and product marketing
● Drive 3:1 LTV to CAC ratio, and manage monthly advertising budgets, scaling across a variety of ad networks including Meta, Google, Apple in addition to organic channels
● Create marketing reporting/dashboards, attribution models and deploy a solid testing framework to continuously optimize for conversions
● Push the envelope in designing and testing new marketing programs to establish Ripl’s unique brand in a competitive market space
● Create a framework to teach our customers to be strong marketers -provide inspiration and confidence in creating great content using Ripl’s tool - including developing in-app messaging to encourage them along their journey
● Establish other marketing, PR, and lead-generation programs as our Customer Acquisition growth needs require
● Work closely with Product and Creative teams to execute on all go-to-market plans.
● Translate your success in Ripl’s marketing to product requirements
● Coach/mentor your team and lead all Ripl employees in digital marketing best-practice
You’ll be hitting it out of the park if you:
● Can translate your deep knowledge of the customer equally as well to above-the-line campaigns as you can to performance marketing copy.
● Are skilled in acquisition for subscription or SaaS businesses with a free trial period
Skills and Qualifications:
● 10+ years’ experience leading mobile growth marketing teams including responsibility for brand, lifecycle, organic, and performance marketing
● Proficiency with budget, campaign, and ad-set strategies on major ad networks using their own Ad Manager tools, with special focus on Facebook and Google
● Experience running lifecycle and customer retention marketing strategies, including digital engagement comms (in-app, push, email, etc.)
● Social media expertise and proven track record of hitting goals in brand engagement and audience growth on social platforms
● Solid experience managing user acquisition campaigns within budget and CAC: LTV targets
● Strong quantitative foundation including data collection, segmentation and analysis, reflecting a clearly mapped life cycle journey around customers and experience running A/B tests to optimize towards business goals
● Experience building out performance tracking, measurement, and attribution reporting either through multiple 3rd party and in-house tools or through a single data resource such as Amplitude, Appsflyer, etc.
● Customer-centric and insights-driven including having used understanding of behavioral science to optimize the customer journey and design your campaign strategies
● Robust knowledge of digital marketing, including paid, affiliate, SEO and ASO
● Experience in creative testing and iteration, understanding the balance between brand and performance while driving scale
● A team leader who models accountability and a proactive, solution-oriented workstyle with good judgment
